Diary report not show any text !!

Thanks for v.2.0.1 because it can export thai text to PDF and CSV format correctly,but XLS still incorrect

it cannot show any text (both thai and english) in diary report (PDF) but it can show incorrect thai text in diary report (TXT)

please fix it

As we mentioned on a previous post, the generated XLS format does not support UTF8 encoding, it is not a bug. We must change the XLS format to an updated version in a future update so Thai characters (amongst others) will be properly represented.

Thanks for the diary screenshot, that really helps a lot, it is noted, and we're on it.

I can't see the detail (and can't read Thai) but it seems to me that the weekdays shown in your PDF do not match those of the diary, can you please confirm which weekdays appear on both sides? This will probably be part of the issue and will help us solve it

Hi there,
We've found what the problem is. It is related to 28th of October, if you request a PDF with this date in between, it won't work properly.
You should split them in two separate reports, until 28th October and from 29th, then it will work. This will be solved in our next update.
