Importing rubric data columns from spreadsheet

I have a bit of an unusual request/question.

I have a set of older rubric results where I have populated cells in excel with the values 1 to 5 (which match my current idoceo rubric). I've imported this data into iDoceo but is there a way to copy to column of data into a rubric column? 

For example, in the attached screenshot, I want to copy the columns with data to the right into the rubric to the left. At the moment I can only work out how to manually type in each value for each column, for each pupil and this will take a lot of time.

 Is this something you'll have to do often?
 I can prepare a special feature for this but it will take me some time as well!

Thanks so much for your reply. We have a couple of staff members who use spreadsheets for Rubrics so I’m trying to get them to migrate to using iDoceo for all of their data. However, if it’s a lot of work don’t worry! I appreciate you offering.
