Forgot to add a holiday in and now 2 week cycle is wrong was created by Bob Huskins
Hi,
I'm new to both teaching and Idoceo (double whammy!). I operate a timetable with a two week pattern (WK1 then WK2 and back to WK1 etc) and I have my planner generated for the current academic year with lesson plans attributed to my classes (done via the diary). I forgot to add in our Halloween holidays (28th Oct to 1st Nov); I added these holidays in today thinking that they would bump the whole calendar forward one week, but they have just overwritten that week with no change elsewhere.
Ideally I would like to be able to be able to shift/bump the whole calendar forward one week so that my Idoceo schedule lines back up with the schools two weekly pattern again.
Is this possible?
Any help is very greatly appreciated!

I ended up exporting the diary data for each class and copying the new week layouts back into the schedule. By doing so I also noticed that I'd missed another holiday that would have caused me the same issue in March 2020 - note to self: be more careful and get it right the first time!
Read another post further down and I noted that what I looking for as a resolve is not part of the current Idoceo software.
