Copying 2 week cycle does not miss holidays was created by AndyPaul
I have a 2 week timetable and want to set up the year. I have my first 2 weeks done, copy them on a 2 week basis and then paste over the year. The problem is that my holidays seem to be ignored. For example first 6 weeks is fine, week 1 then week 2 x 3, then there is a week half term so you would expect it to carry on at week 1, but it puts week 2 in. It would seem that week 1 has been written into the holiday time, but cannot be seen as it is blocked out. What am I doing wrong? I have had this program for over 2 years and each year I put in each week individually. I have convinced the dept to buy this app for all 6 teachers and I will be helping all set up on inset day, not going to go well if I have to get them all to input each week manually.

Hi Andy,
If the sequence of weeks is altered half term (or on the next term) you only have to paste again with different start/end dates to match the new sequence. There is no need to input each week manually.
