Students can be copied to another class in two ways:
- From the gradebook view tap and hold on a student > Copy and select the target class
- From the Tools (top bar) > Students > select your students > Copy
You can then hide the student in the original class with a tap and hold >hide
This option will transfer the student's personal data, photo and notes.
If this student is already present in the target class, it will update their personal data and photo with that of the source class.
Grades and column data won't be transferred as they belong to columns specific to each class’s gradebook.
You may copy the columns after transferring a student. iDoceo will create additional columns in the target class to hold the copied students’ information
