Suggestion; it would be awsome if you could import ics-data straight into your scedule. Saves loads of time, because my schedule changes every two months.

Hi Armindeh,
This is usually done in iDoceo via iCal, you could integrate Google Calendars info as well.
From the (System) Settings/iDoceo/Diary you can enable iCal integration with iDoceo's diary and all ics-data present in iCal will show up automatically. Give it a try and if I'm missing something, let me know.
