Hi, I'm having problems sending a student report. I've done it before and it worked fine. Now the send button in my email isn't active. i.e. it is greyed out and I can't click on it. The email address and body of the email is fine, but I can't send it.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Keith

Hello Keith,
If it is greyed out it is due to:
- Not having a valid e-mail account configured in the Mail app
- You have erased the Mail app in your iPad.

In both cases you have to open/install the Mail app and you will see what the issue is.
iOS sends its messages via the default's system Mail app, not spark, gmail, outlook or any other mail clients.
Please take a moment to add or update your rating for iDoceo 7 teacher gradebook so that we can continue working on it. Thanks!
