TOPIC: How to set up mail

How to set up mail 2 years 7 months ago #7335

Hi,
Having trouble with sending emails to my classes. It has an email address in all of students data but it keeps coming up with “No Mail Accounts you need to set up a mail account”
Am I not understanding something simple?
Cheers
Frank

Hello Frank,
You must configure the Mail app in your iPad with at least one account. You are probably using the gmail or outlook apps instead.

Thank you Bert, I knew it would be simple. When I select all students however to send an email, all the names show up in the Bcc section and the To and Cc are blank. Is there away of the names showing up in the To without dragging them in manually?

You can move it to CC from iDoceo's main screen > e-mail but it is strongly discouraged.
Recipients of your notifications/reports should not be aware of other people's addresses, only their own. That is why BCC is the default setting.
