Hi,

So I'm new to iDoceo and spent my summer getting to grips with it. I created my classes on GC and set up my timetable etc. Now that my students are back, they are joining my classes in GC. But they don't appear in iDoceo - I've tried to unlink the classroom then relink it but it still won't find the students.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to import your GC students after you've created the classes in iDoceo or do I need to start again? It works fine if I delete the class and start again, but I don't want to have to redo all my planning/timetables again if I can avoid.

Here are screenshots to show I'm not going mad! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello ap190,
The 'Link to Google Classroom' option won't add new students yet. It will in our next version.
If you'd like to add them:
- Add a new class from Google Classroom
- Open the gradebook > Tools (top bar) > Students > All > Copy and select your target class.
With this you'll be able to keep your current planning&timetable
Please take a moment to add or update your rating for iDoceo 7 teacher gradebook so that we can continue working on it. Thanks!
