Cannot import cvs files was created by yindee
I have been trying to import a cvs file into iDoceo but have been frustrated by the fact that there was no "Apps/iDoceo" folder in my Dropbox and I am not presented with an option to open the file with iDoceo from email or any other app or utility. I suspect that this is a folder that is supposed to be automatically created either when iDoceo is installed or when it is linked to Dropbox. I tried creating a folder with that name in Dropbox but the "open with" dialog boxes do not show the folder nor does the iDoceo app appear as a means to open the cvs. Is there anything I can do about this?

Hi yindee,
As long as the file you're trying to import has the csv file extension (please check the spelling) iDoceo should be in the 'Open In' apps list.
As for the Apps/iDoceo folder, it is created automatically upon the first backup, you should make one and then check in Dropbox if the folder exists already. This isn't a requirement to import any CSV file , but I understand you're worried both issues are related.
If you still can't solve it, please let us know and we'll give it another thought.
Regards

Thank you for your help. I took another look at the "CSV" file I was trying to import and noted that I had saved it as a "txt" file, I re-saved it as a "csv" file, backed up the app to create the folder I needed and now everything works fine.

Thanks again.
