As the title says, I've lost whole class configurations from sync when I do them on the Mac and Vice versa. I usually leave it on a few minutes, but the problem is more evident when I switch form Mac to iPad. I have just lost half an iDoceo assignment I had been working for about an hour. Is there a way to really know a sync has been made? I sometimes see the icon changes, but I'm not really sure at the moment. I really want to work on my iPad, but now I'm scared I'll lose some of my data, or all of it.

Hello Axelph,
Make sure you are working with the most recent version of iDoceo 7.0.9 on both your devices.
Make sure you that there is enough available space in your iCloud account

Once verified: in the device where your current data is, tap on Options (gear icon) > Cloud links > Disable the synchronization and enable it again.
Data can't be lost, it is merged between devices. With this operation you will see the same in both.

Thank you for giving me peace of mind. Next time I'll check thoroughly. When it came to the classes, I just restored from a previous back up or upload my excel sheets again, so no permanent lost, however, half of my iDoceo Connect questions never came back. I'll fumble around my Mac and see what could be interfering. Thanks.
