Hi,

I have seen this a few places, but still unsure it is resolved, if you could help that would be great.

I have got all the photos from the schools SIMs system (with their ID number) and put them into my personal one drive account. I can then download them for each of my classes using the bulk import- yeah!

I have written a help sheet for other colleagues at work to do this, but school had an issue with the photos been on my personal OneDrive rather than my school one (Data protection issue), so colleagues have put it on their work OneDrive for business. And this is where the problem lies, when they try to log into it this account via bulk import it says this account does not exist.

Any ideas for a work around? As a side point I cannot get Idoceo to forget my personal OneDrive account so I can now not replicate their problem on my Ipad.

Hi Oliwalker,

One Drive for business is not compatible with One Drive and that is why Microsoft states that the account does not exist. iDoceo only supports One Drive accounts at the moment.

You have a couple of alternatives:

- Import those photos and create all the classes on a single iPad and then share a template with your colleagues.
To create a template > open a class > Export > Share. Make sure you enable 'Students'

This template can be safely stored in One Drive for business. It is password protected and it can be imported easily into each iDoceo with the 'Open in' > iDoceo option from the One Drive app.

This will avoid having to assign those photos each time.

- Use the import RTF file feature from the seating plan.
There is an experimental feature that may work for you. From SIMS, create the RTF report with students photos (Ithink it is called photos) and from iDoceo's seating plan > Tools > Import RTF file.
Give it a try and let me know if that works for you

Brilliant, thank you. I will give that a go.
Is there also a way to get idoceo to forget my onedrive?

This should work:
From iDoceo's main screen > Settings (Gear icon top bar) > One Drive > Unlink
