Recording student work portfolio

I can see a similar topic request ion photos of food but I'm wondering if I could take an image of the students work. That way at the end of a lesson I could just click on a student and an extra icon of the camera would open and I could take some images. The trick would be the back up and storage. These need to go onto the cloud too. Then an easy print option showing their work. If I have missed this option , my apologies. There are some apps that do this but who wants to open another app when yours is the best. Been using this app every day for 3 years now..

Students work can be kept as a photo,video,audio, files, etc. with an attachment. Long tap on a cell > Paper clip icon / or camera

Photos&Videos are stored by default in the iPad's camera roll, you can change that and store its in iDoceo instead ( details here ). When stored in iDoceo, they will be included in the backup.
They can't be stored only in the cloud. Either in the camera roll or in iDoceo

These resources are included in the reports (student and e-mail) if you enable the option 'include resources'
