is there a way of populating all student data profiles with the same data to save time entering it into each one separately? e.g. in the email part to write the end of the email address in all pupil data sections so their name is all that has to be added at the beginning.

No, e-mails can't be added that way. It would be somewhat awkward.

You can easily import a XLS or CSV file with all your data though. There is no need to insert it manually.

If you do not have a file and typing is the last resort, do it on a spreadsheet in Excel for example.
The first column must hold your students names and the rest may hold the e-mails you'd like to type.
Once finished 'Open in' iDoceo and select the import wizard.
