Import incomplete

Hi there,
I'm trying to import a number of various classes to a number of different ipads, ready for teachers to start the school year. The problem I'm having, is that a lot of the classes are not importing all the CSV file. A number of children are dropped off the list. Is there any reason why this would happen?

Not that I know of... if you don't have any inconvenient, you can send me one of the problematic files to support@idoceo.net and I'll give it a look.
Maybe some weird characters in the CSV? Have you created that CSV from an XLS file?

PS: An update will be available very soon and it will be able to import XLS files directly, maybe that helps
