Uploading Files

Each week I upload a PDF of my weekly planner to my Google Drive directly from the iDoceo app. Another file has appeared as if waiting to be uploaded (it says "Waiting...") but it bounces back that it can't upload. I don't know what the file is so is there a way to delete it? It has a .txt extension.

You may be using the File Manager app in iOS which has bugs in that regard.
Try to store in the Google Drive app instead or if the issue persists make sure you have installed the most recent version of Google Drive
