iDoceo offers virtually unlimited backup methods. They all basically have the same functionality, but you'll be able to choose whether your backups are stored in the cloud (Dropbox,Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud, WebDAV) or in a local server(WebDAV) at home or at school.

Features offered by each option

Using BOX or ownCloud?
BOX and ownCloud both support the WebDAV protocol and can be used as a backup method in iDoceo. You will find here specific instructions.
Dropbox - configuring your backup settings (First time only)
In order to be able to use this backup method, you will need a Dropbox account. You can create a free account here at https://www.dropbox.com To link iDoceo with your Dropbox account, tap on Settings (gear icon, top bar) > Dropbox and enable the Dropbox account link as shown in the image below.A new window will open asking for your Dropbox account credentials. If it succeeds, you should see the Dropbox account link ON. You are now ready to back up your data.

There's no need to wait for the backup to end, you can continue working on iDoceo again. The backup is performed on background, amd when completed you'll see the 'Backup completed' message on screen.
Restoring your information
In the event of having to restore your information, you must click on Settings (on the main screen), choose your Backup method, and then Restore Archived Data.
You'll be presented with a list of all the available backups. Select the date you want to restore to.
